We had some sewage coming up through the drain in our Utility room.We noticed this at 10 PM. My wife called several companies looking for someone to come out tonight... read more because the basement started smelling like sewage and we didn't want to use any water until we got it fixed and un clogged. They all told us they would either call us back or they could be out first thing in the morning. Which none of the called back. So I kept searching and came across True Plumbing. They answered right away put us on hold while they got hold of there Technician. Jason was at are house within 30 minutes. This was after midnight. He was very professional. I showed him where the issue was and he gave an upfront estimate and he found the clog and had it done within 30 minutes. He also put his snake camera to make sure it was cleared. He also recommended us a restoration company which I thought was cool of him since this is sewer water and we need to get it cleaned up properly.

He also helped me get in touch with the people that would help me with the restoration of the problem inside the house. This was a mitigation company that works directly with the homeowners insurance. It sped up the whole process tremendously and helped us get back online and with problem solved in a very short period of time.

Eventually I will have to replace my water heater as it is 12 years old. I am so pleased with this company. I will definitely contact them in a few weeks for the replacement. On 07/10/2023 I had a pipe burst in our basement after midnight. Gave Jason a phone call and he came out to our house in the middle of the night.... read more Took care of a pipe burst really quick. He also referred us to restoration company. Same day they came out and took care of the pipe issue. Really nice company and definitely recommend them to anyone that has an issue with pipes.
